About the Role
ANI Pharmaceuticals is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Distribution team. We are hiring across multiple levels — Distribution Worker I, II, III, and Distribution Lead — based on your experience and qualifications. Whether you're new to warehouse operations or an experienced logistics leader, we offer structured career growth, training, and the opportunity to work in a GMP-regulated, fast-paced environment.
Position Levels & Experience
Distribution Worker I 0–3 years Entry-level role handling basic warehouse tasks such as receiving, picking, and packing.
Distribution Worker II 3–5 years Intermediate role involving inventory control, equipment operation, and shipment verification.
Distribution Worker III 6–8 years Senior-level warehouse role responsible for advanced logistics tasks and mentoring junior staff.
Distribution Lead 8+ years Leadership position overseeing team performance, warehouse KPIs, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities (Vary By Level)
All levels contribute to smooth, compliant warehouse operations. Depending on your level, your responsibilities may include:
- Perform receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping operations.
- Verify incoming shipments and reconcile with packing slips/invoices.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Drive company vehicles (including straight trucks) for material transport (III & Lead).
- Track and report on shipment statuses and inventory levels.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist in discrepancy resolution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and company safety policies.
- Use warehouse systems and Microsoft Excel for data entry and tracking.
- (Levels II–Lead) Mentor and train less experienced staff.
- (Lead) Supervise daily warehouse workflows, ensure team efficiency, and liaise with logistics, customer service, and quality teams.
All Levels
Minimum Requirements by Level
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License in good standing.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk throughout the day.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and safety awareness.
Distribution Worker I
- 0–3 years of warehouse/distribution experience.
- Forklift experience preferred — training and certification available if needed.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a structured environment.
- Salary Range: $17/hr - $19/hr
Distribution Worker II
- 3–5 years of experience.
- Forklift experience required — training/certification available if recertification is needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic warehouse systems.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Salary Range: $19/hr - $22/hr
Distribution Worker III
- 6–8 years of experience.
- Forklift experience required — certification support available.
- Demonstrated expertise in logistics coordination and inventory control.
- Experience in GMP-regulated or manufacturing environments preferred.
- Salary Range: $21/hr - $25/hr
Distribution Lead
- 8+ years of warehouse experience with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Forklift experience required — certification support available.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Advanced computer proficiency and ability to manage KPIs and reporting.
- Experience leading a team in a GMP or regulated environment strongly preferred.
- Salary Range: $24/hr - $28/hr
