Distribution Worker

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping operations.
- Verify incoming shipments and reconcile with packing slips/invoices.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Drive company vehicles (including straight trucks) for material transport.
- Track and report on shipment statuses and inventory levels.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist in discrepancy resolution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and company safety policies.
- Use warehouse systems and Microsoft Excel for data entry and tracking.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License in good standing.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk throughout the day.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and safety awareness.
- 0–3 years of warehouse/distribution experience.
- Forklift experience preferred (training and certification available if needed).
- Willingness to learn and grow within a structured environment.

Compensation:
- Base salary range: $17–$19/hr (exact salary depends on experience, skills, education, location, competencies, and industry-specific knowledge).
