Distribution Co-Op

Role: Distribution Co-Op supporting Johnson & Johnson’s Innovative Medicine distribution operations at Somerset, NJ, from January to July 2027. Objectives include maintaining and improving distribution processes such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control to ensure optimal delivery for patients and partners. Responsibilities involve managing cooler inventory, leading metrics reviews via PowerBI, conducting team meetings, and facilitating distribution tours to promote operational excellence and process enhancements based on team feedback. Qualifications: Undergraduate freshman completed, pursuing a Master’s in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or Engineering; GPA 2.8+; onsite presence 5 days/week; strong communication, organizational, and Excel skills; familiarity with PowerBI preferred. High-Value: Focus on healthcare distribution within a pharmaceutical or medtech context, emphasizing process optimization, data reporting, and team coordination.
