Distribution Analyst

Role: Senior Distribution Analyst responsible for managing customer-facing outbound operations across US distribution centers. Objectives: ensure timely, compliant, and efficient order fulfillment, delivery, and issue resolution. Responsibilities: oversee daily outbound execution, monitor delivery statuses, resolve shipment issues, support export, VAS, and product return activities, and analyze distribution data for process improvements. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in warehousing, distribution, or supply chain, with proficiency in warehouse management systems (SAP, S/4, JDA, WMS). Skills include data analysis, root cause identification, cross-functional collaboration, and system troubleshooting.
