Role: Lead discovery toxicology projects for small molecule pharmaceutical candidates within Investigative Toxicology, supporting early-stage drug discovery and development. Responsibilities: design and execute toxicology studies (In Silico, In Vitro, In Vivo), analyze data, and interpret hazards to inform candidate progression; collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of development candidates; communicate findings to stakeholders; develop risk mitigation strategies. Requirements: PhD in Toxicology, Pathology, or related field with 5+ years of experience or MS/BS with 15+ years applicable experience; strong project management skills; knowledge of drug discovery, regulatory guidelines (GLP, FDA, EMA); leadership and communication skills.
