Role: Discovery Research Domain Analyst supporting early drug discovery data initiatives through business analysis, data documentation, and process improvement. Responsibilities: collaborate with research stakeholders to capture scientific data workflows, translate needs into user stories and requirements, support data collection, validation, and metadata management; facilitate communication between scientific and technical teams; promote FAIR data practices and continuous improvement. Requirements: B.S./M.S. in life sciences, informatics, or technical field; 2+ years in research data analysis, business analysis, or informatics roles within biotech/pharma; familiarity with early biology research workflows, molecular invention areas (e.g., biologics, sequencing, protein engineering). Preferred: knowledge of research data platforms, data governance, and AI/ML concepts; IIBA certification is a plus. High-Value: focus on early drug discovery data, molecular invention, preclinical research, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, technical collaboration, and supporting innovative research workflows.
