Discovery Postdoctoral Fellow, Diseases of Aging and Regenerative Medicine (DARe)

Role: Postdoctoral Research Fellow in biomedical research focused on aging, immune system, and tissue regeneration within Novartis's DARe department. Objectives: develop independent projects investigating how immune aging impacts tissue repair and disease susceptibility, leveraging advanced biological techniques. Responsibilities: design hypothesis-driven experiments using in vitro/in vivo models, perform molecular and cellular assays, interpret results, and communicate findings through publications and presentations; collaborate across disciplines including immunology, regenerative biology, and data science. Requirements: PhD in a relevant field (immunology, aging biology, regenerative biology, etc.) conferred in 2026; strong background in mechanistic biological research, with hands-on experience in molecular/cellular techniques, genetic perturbation, and tissue analysis; proven track record of scientific achievement such as publications or patents; ability to work independently and collaboratively. Preferred: experience with tissue-immune interactions, animal models, tissue profiling.
