Discovery Immunology Research Scientist

Role: Laboratory-based Scientist in Discovery Immunology focusing on the development of novel protein therapeutics for autoimmune diseases. Objectives include designing, executing, and analyzing experiments to investigate immune mechanisms, target validation, and therapeutic potential. Responsibilities encompass isolating and manipulating primary human immune cells, performing immune phenotyping via flow cytometry and Incucyte assays, troubleshooting protocols, and data interpretation. The role requires collaboration with discovery teams and preparing internal reports. Qualifications: Ph.D. (or equivalent) in molecular, cell biology, or biochemistry with 0-3 years post-doctoral experience, or relevant master's/ bachelor's with extensive industry experience; hands-on experience with primary immune cell culture, multicolor flow cytometry, ELISA/ECLIA, and immune assays; strong organizational and analytical skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
