Discovery ADME Project Leader

Role: Discovery ADME Project Leader responsible for guiding preclinical ADME strategies in early drug discovery, focusing on small molecules with potentially pan-modality chemotypes. Responsibilities: develop integrated ADME plans aligned with discovery objectives, support dose selection and PK/PD modeling, guide compound design through data-driven principles, serve as the ADME science lead on project teams, and collaborate with cross-functional partners like Medicinal Chemistry, DMPK, Toxicology, and Pharmacology. Requirements: PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacokinetics, or related fields; 3+ years post-grad industry experience in drug discovery; strong expertise in ADME, with knowledge of medicinal chemistry and toxicology principles advantageous. High-value: early-stage preclinical development, ADME and translational science, integrated modeling, and cross-functional leadership in small molecule discovery.
