Role: Director, WW Autoimmune Cell Therapy Medical Affairs, leading medical strategy for early CAR T assets targeting autoimmune diseases. Responsibilities: develop and execute global medical plans, collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Development, Commercial, Market Access, and HEOR teams, lead external scientific engagement activities, support medical education initiatives, and shape evidence generation strategies including investigator-sponsored research. Requirements: advanced degree (MD, DO, PharmD, PhD, NP, PA), 5+ years industry or clinical experience, strong understanding of drug development and biotech/pharma landscapes, proven leadership in matrix settings, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage complex projects. HighValue: focus on autologous CAR T therapy in autoimmune indications, early-stage development (preclinical/IND), with global stakeholder engagement; travel up to 25%; HQ-based position.
