Role: The Director, Value Chain Product Leader, is responsible for designing, operating, and continuously improving a comprehensive end-to-end product value chain that ensures reliable supply of biopharmaceuticals across clinical and commercial phases. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing risk, driving lifecycle strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards within a remote setup (US-based). Responsibilities: Own the product's supply chain performance, strategy execution, risk mitigation, business continuity, and financial management. Lead governance and build strategic partnerships with clinical, manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams. Lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment, coaching and monitoring performance. Requirements: Bachelor's in life sciences, engineering, supply chain, or business, with 8-12+ years in materials management/production planning, 5-10+ years in GMP/GCP pharma operations, and 2-5+ years leading global teams. Expertise in supply and value chain management, ERP systems (Oracle/SAP), GMP/ICH regulations, risk management, and strategic planning. Preferred: MBA, supply chain certifications (APICS, Lean, PMP), biopharma operations experience, and strong financial acumen. High-value: Focus on biopharma supply chains, regulatory compliance, GMP, GxP, clinical and commercial product lifecycle, cross-functional stakeholder engagement, and international travel as needed.
