Role Summary

Director, USBU Content Lifecycle Transformation (CLT) responsible for leading the USBU CLT transformation by shaping, executing, and collaborating with key cross-functional partners to implement the CLT roadmap. Serves as a key member of the Marketing Operations & Solutions Leadership Team, driving transformative changes, fostering agility, efficiency, and growth, and scaling capabilities aligned with related initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Unify functions, initiatives, and capabilities under a cohesive strategy for USBU.
  • Direct centralized governance and strategic oversight of the CLT roadmap to standardize and scale capabilities.
  • Champion cross-functional collaboration to enhance communication and knowledge/resource sharing.
  • Leverage unified resources and streamlined processes to rapidly scale capabilities and drive efficiency.
  • Lead the vision and strategy for USBU content personalization goals.
  • Design, deploy, and manage roadmap implementation with designated leaders and clear success criteria.
  • Connect CLT roadmap with Global workstreams to maintain an end-to-end view of capabilities and technology.
  • Serve as primary strategic partner to other organizational efforts such as Content Innovation.
  • Identify and liaise on technical architecture needs; manage agencies and budget.
  • Drive global-to-local strategy across all pillars and translate the transformation vision into a change management strategy.
  • Curate and disseminate USBU CLT communications; centralize cross-brand initiatives and timelines.
  • Establish governance framework, stakeholder engagement, and regular reporting to maintain alignment.
  • Develop training programs, SOPs, work instructions, and FAQs; ensure compliance and record-keeping.
  • Establish and monitor CLT measurement plans and reporting cadences; evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Determine and deploy testing capability plans (Pilot, POC, test and learn) and report progress on milestones.

Qualifications

    Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience across commercial functions such as marketing, marketing operations, customer experience planning (e.g., omnichannel).
  • Demonstrated people & peer leadership experience; strong conflict resolution and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical ability with building customer-centric brand and experience strategies.
  • Strong project management skills; ability to apply emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to improve efficiency and drive innovation.
  • Experience navigating regulated environments and promotional review processes; ability to manage employee concerns and respond to change.
  • Ability to anticipate issues, develop contingency plans, and adapt to fast-changing environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse, matrixed teams.

  • Preferred:
  • MBA or advanced degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
  • Proven success in implementing operational improvements and scaling new ways of working; certifications in change management or agile methodologies.
