Role Summary

Director of Portfolio Marketing Program Implementation reports to the Portfolio Marketing Program Implementation Lead. You will pull through the program implementation strategy by delivering a marketing plan that will increase vaccine implementation/utilization including reminder recall/adherence programs, Health Information Technology Strategy & Execution, and external partnerships that advance vaccine implementation (e.g. AMGA vaccine confidence in coverage, growing IZ rates, Part D adjudication).

You will be a key member of a team of marketers focused on breakthrough execution at scale delivering strategies, tactics and resources to help customers overcome barriers to adult, adolescent and pediatric immunization, growing immunization rates in line with CDC/ACIP guidelines and brand strategies.

You will participate in a high performing cross-functional team with internal partners (Brand Teams, Field Teams, Medical, Retail & Access, Legal, Regulatory, Digital/Tech, Training, Marketing CoE) and leverage key external partners to maximize budget/resources, driving best-in-class strategies and execution while measuring performance and driving continuous improvement in the strategies/execution.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deliver and execute marketing plans with internal and external partners to pull through implementation strategy/opportunities at scale
  • A subject matter expert that delivers marketing plans to support key vaccine implementation initiatives includingβ€” Reminder Recall/Adherence programs, Health Information Technology Strategy & Execution, key external partnerships that advance vaccine implementation (e.g. AMGA vaccine confidence in coverage, growing IZ rates, Part D adjudication)
  • Partner with advertising and HIT agencies and other key external partners to ensure project deliverables are achieved on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with Vaccines customer facing teams including HIT Account Directors to support customer workflow/protocols including approval and training of customer facing materials
  • Liaise with key stakeholders risk mitigation partners in the development and approval of marketing plans including but not limited to legal, regulatory, and medical colleagues
  • Contribute to achieving business unit revenue commitments and responsibly maximizing SI&A budget

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelors degree with 8+ years of sales / marketing pharmaceutical experiences
  • Required: Experience designing, developing, gaining approvals, training and executing marketing plans and tactics
  • Preferred: Masters degree with 10+ years of sales / marketing pharmaceutical experiences
  • Preferred: Deep understanding of vaccines business and evolving healthcare landscape including organized customer (IDNs/Medical Groups) decision making process and opportunities to improve product adoption and utilization
  • Preferred: Strong understanding of vaccine implementation programs including HIT, EMR systems,adherence programs including system functionality as it relates to the patient journey and key external partners
  • Preferred: Hands-on/personal experience with top EHRs and HIT platforms and key external partners to deploy vaccine programs improving implementation/utilization
  • Preferred: Vaccines sales / marketing experience
