Position Summary
Reporting into the Executive Director of Strategy and Operations, this role serves as Chief of Staff for the VP, Rheumatology Marketing and Sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Chief of Staff to the VP of Rheumatology Marketing and Sales, ensuring prioritization, decision-making, and execution.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and support Investor Relations (IR) calls; develop executive-ready content and articulate performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Drive the brand planning cycle, including ownership of CIP, tactical planning, and financial planning processes, aligned across marketing, sales, and cross-functional partners.
- Support SLE and SjD indication launch preparedness, including cross-functional coordination, risk identification, and execution planning.
- Organize and execute brand leadership/marketing/cross-functional meetings; prioritize content and drive actionable outcomes.
- Lead OPEX planning and management for Rheumatology, including monthly budget tracking, projection cycles, and partnership with Finance.
- Serve as central integrator across the matrix (Marketing, Sales, Medical, Market Access, Finance) to drive alignment and execution.
- Support evolution of commercial Strategy & Operations capabilities (efficiency, ways of working, business impact).

Key Qualifications and Experience
- BA/BS or equivalent required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of commercial experience in pharma or related industry.
- Marketing experience in the US or other key markets.
- Strong analytical skills; assess complex situations, plan effectively, anticipate obstacles, and mitigate.
- Proven track record leading large cross-functional matrix teams via informal authority.
- Understanding of BMS organization, policies, and processes.
- Strong project management skills.
