Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s policy evidence strategy for priority U.S. policy issues.
- Oversee research projects including economic modeling, fiscal impact assessments, legislative scoring, survey design, and other quantitative and qualitative analyses.
- Serve as an external representative of the company on U.S. policy research and economic issues.
- Proactively shape the policy and regulatory environment by communicating evidence-driven insights to external stakeholders.
- Cultivate and manage external relationships with research institutions, consultants, and policy bodies.
- Provide expert guidance to senior leaders to ensure policy evidence informs enterprise decisions.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on dissemination and messaging of policy research.
- Ensure analytical rigor and strategic relevance of all evidence products.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of policy analytics and/or research experience in healthcare policy and/or economics; strong data & analytics capabilities with extensive experience in statistical analyses and modeling.
- Robust understanding of U.S. and global healthcare market dynamics related to policy changes at the state, federal, and international level; deep understanding of government payer dynamics.
- Experience developing models and analyses incorporating disparate data types (e.g., financial, medical and pharmaceutical claims data, utilization and cost data, Medicare and Medicaid data).
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate complex statistical analysis/modeling to broad audiences aligned to company goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, handle ambiguity, and manage high-pressure situations under tight timelines.
- Graduate degree in related fields such as health policy, economics, statistics, finance, or applied mathematics (required).
