Responsibilities:
- Lead HCP marketing for Non-Melanoma Skin Cancer (NMSC) indications in the US: define market opportunities, analyze competition, segment key sites of care/accounts, develop positioning and customize messages to target audiences.
- Collaborate with Clinical, Medical Affairs, and Field Medical to align with Medical Education strategic plans.
- Engage physician experts and attend key congresses to support Scientific Marketing and assess disease/treatment data.
- Work with Insights and Data Analytics to design/promote strategies and track performance (brand performance, share of voice, market dynamics, competitor actions/response); provide inputs to forecasting.
- Partner with Digital/Media Strategy to optimize and implement the multi-channel/omni-channel marketing mix; create/deploy educational resources and define engagement indicators/metrics.
- Develop and coordinate NMSC HCP marketing inputs and key brand plan sections; identify/prioritize business opportunities.
- Oversee the Field Plan of Action and training plan; support national/regional sales meeting execution and field communications.
- Maintain cross-functional relationships (Field Sales, Training, Promotional Review Committee, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Clinical, Legal, Compliance, Market Access, etc.).
- Ensure marketing processes/programs/reports align with regulatory, legal, and ethical guidelines.
- Manage and develop a direct report.
- Create, manage, and track budget within approved limits.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 12+ years of pharmaceutical marketing focused on Oncology; leading long-range brand plans, budgets, and forecasts for commercial teams.
- Strong written/verbal communication and collaboration.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
