The primary objective of this position is to provide financial leadership and business support for the US Oncology Business Unit (sales ~$5B; margin ~$3B). Responsibilities include consolidated financial planning and reporting, internal controls, Oncology Pipeline financial planning consolidation and P&L management, project management, and strategic business partnership to the BU Capabilities and Commercial VP.

Core Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Internal Control: Lead monthly/quarterly/annual close and reporting; ensure GAAP and US DHQ requirements; develop reporting and dashboards; support internal and SOX controls and compliance with AbbVie financial policies.
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead Plan/LBE/LRP; integrate sales forecast, pricing, and investment resourcing; coordinate brand timelines/targets/presentations; support BU story-telling for executive review.
- Oncology Pipeline Financial Planning: Lead Pipeline Plan/LRP; integrate forecast/pricing/investment resourcing; ensure resourcing for pipeline launches.
- Strategic Business Partnership: Lead interactions with US DHQ and FP&A process; support Commercial VP/Director BU Capabilities on budget management; provide decision support/special-project analyses; lead special projects with US BU Finance Controller.
- Team Leader: Lead/develop US Oncology Finance Consolidation and PCS FP&A team.

Qualifications
- 12+ years finance experience; Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance.
- Excellent verbal/written communication.
- Leadership experience; proactive problem-solving with data analysis.
- Executive presence; ability to challenge status quo and build relationships.
- Works independently and across functions.

Preferred
- MBA (Accounting/Finance) and/or CPA; US Commercial experience.
- Knowledge of SAP, BPC, PowerBI.
