Corporate Functions
The primary objective of this position is to provide financial leadership and business support for the US Neuroscience Business Unit, including consolidated financial planning and reporting, internal controls, Neuroscience Pipeline financial planning consolidation, P&L management, and project management. Provides strategic partnership to the BU Capabilities and Commercial VP.

Core Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting and Internal Control: Lead monthly/quarterly/annual close and reporting; develop/improve performance reporting and dashboards; support the US Finance Neuroscience Controller to ensure appropriate internal and SOX controls, documentation, contingencies consideration, and compliance with AbbVie financial policies.
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Proactively lead Plan, LBE, and LRP processes integrating sales forecast, pricing, and investment resourcing; coordinate brand timelines/requirements/targets/financial presentations; support BU story-telling and ensure executive-ready planning and reporting deliverables.
- Neuroscience Pipeline Financial Planning: Lead Plan and LRP cycles for pipeline assets integrating forecast, pricing, and investment resourcing; ensure resourcing to support successful launches.
- Strategic Business Partnership: Lead interactions with the US DHQ and FP&A process; support Commercial VP and BU Capabilities Director on budget management; provide decision support/special-project analyses; lead special projects with US BU Finance Controller.
- Team Leader: Lead and develop US Neuroscience Finance Consolidation and PCS FP&A team.

Reports To: US Neuroscience Finance Controller

Qualifications
- 10+ years finance experience
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Leadership experience delivering on-time results; proactive issue identification and data analysis
- Experience partnering with senior management; ability to work independently and across functions

Preferred
- MBA and/or CPA
- US commercial experience
- Knowledge of SAP, BPC, PowerBI
