Director, US & Global Medical Review

Role: Director, US & Global Medical Review within Medical Affairs, responsible for overseeing scientific accuracy, compliance, and integrity of all promotional and external medical materials globally. Responsibilities include leading medical review of campaigns, congress content, educational resources, and digital materials, ensuring adherence to FDA, EFPIA, and ABPI regulations. The role involves providing expert scientific evaluation, guiding cross-functional teams, and advocating for ethical communication practices. It requires strategic partnership with Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, and Medical teams to shape messaging and maintain scientific credibility. Qualifications: MD, PharmD, or PhD with 10+ years in pharma/biotech, including at least 5 years in medical review; deep understanding of global promotional regulations; strong scientific, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred: experience supporting field medical teams, in respiratory or rare diseases, and proficiency with document management systems like Veeva Vault. The role is remote with occasional domestic/international travel (10-20%).
