Responsibilities:
- Deliver AI-driven marketing measurement, scenario planning, and optimization to support brand strategy, portfolio decisions, and launches.
- Automate Marketing Mix (MMx) and Key Driver Analyses (KDA), and enable budget optimization to reduce cycle time.
- Partner with BI&T and delivery teams to use analytics-ready datasets and standardized data products.
- Deploy and enhance agentic MMx and advanced analytics platforms for Brand Analytics, TA teams, and Omnichannel stakeholders; integrate insights into annual planning, investment, and media strategy.
- Oversee media performance analytics across digital, TV, print, and social; quantify impact using experiments/incrementality and causal inference (A/B tests, econometric models) to optimize spend.
- Apply governance/responsible AI practices (privacy, compliance, explainability, monitoring, human-in-the-loop) and support training/adoption.
- Contribute to scalable analytics products (dashboards, automated insights) and partner on feature stores and MLOps.
- Manage/develop analytics talent and translate insights into executive-ready recommendations; represent Commercial Analytics & AI in cross-functional forums.
Qualifications (required/preferred):
- Advanced degree in DS/Statistics/CS/Economics or related.
- 8+ years in pharmaceutical commercial analytics/decision science; hands-on MMM/MMx, KDA, and resource optimization.
- 3+ years leading analytics teams or major cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong causal inference/incrementality skills; Bayesian/hierarchical/econometric MMx (adstock, lag, saturation).
- Working knowledge of agentic AI/LLMs/RAG and scalable analytics platforms (hands-on plus).
- Experience operationalizing analytics/AI into business workflows; pharma data familiarity (claims, APLD, specialty pharmacy, promotional, digital).
- Knowledge of analytics/AI governance in regulated environments; cloud analytics (Databricks/Snowflake) and BI tools; HIPAA/GDPR/CCPA.
Compensation & benefits (explicit):
- Princeton, NJ: $197,800β$239,681 (FTE). Additional incentive cash/stock may be available.
