How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Partner with the Senior Director to develop integrated US launch strategies across multiple biosimilar assets; align with long-range plan
- Serve as commercialization lead for cross-functional governance, decision-making, and partner alignment
- Shape and enhance the US biosimilar launch operating model (repeatability, process optimization, best-practice sharing)
- Lead development/execution of US biosimilars launch readiness frameworks, KPIs, and operating mechanisms
- Co-lead launch meeting planning
- Collaborate with market access on payer strategy and pull-through
- Collaborate with trade teams on distribution and specialty pharmacy strategy
- Work with internal/external partners to create and drive future biosimilar launch strategy and direction
- Assist go-to-market strategy development, long-range planning, and annual operating process (budget setting)
- Support market research; analyze market data and make informed decisions
Preferred
- Master’s degree preferred
- Launch experience across multiple therapeutic areas (e.g., oncology, autoimmune)
- Strong market access understanding across pharmacy and medical benefit
- Biosimilars background
