Director U.S. Field Excellence & Learning

Role: Lead the development and execution of the U.S. launch organization's learning and field-excellence engine for MoonLake's biopharma products, focusing on capability-building, manager development, and launch readiness. Responsibilities: design and implement training programs across sales, reimbursement, medical, and access; establish certification standards; develop coaching and leadership programs; manage launch simulations and scorecards; oversee external vendors; collaborate cross-functionally with sales, medical, legal, and analytics teams to align training with organizational goals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred); 8+ years in biotech/pharma commercial, sales excellence, or training roles, with experience supporting significant product launches and specialty access capabilities.
