Director - TS/MS Dry Products Manufacturing and Commercialization

Role: Lead technical operations for Lilly's Dry Products Network, focusing on oral solid dose manufacturing process development and commercialization. Responsibilities: provide technical leadership across product development, CMC, manufacturing sites, and regulatory support; optimize processes through rigorous experiments and first principles; serve as the global steward for select products; drive process transfer, technology deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives; author technical reports and support regulatory submissions; mentor technical teams and influence manufacturing strategies. Requirements: BS/MS/PhD in Chemistry, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related; 18+ years in oral solid dose manufacturing and development; at least 5 years supporting commercial manufacturing post-validation. Preferred: deep expertise in physical principles, process transfer, digital tools, and leadership in technical strategy; strong communication skills.
