The Director/Sr. Director/Executive Director, TS/MS – Dry Products Network provides technical leadership for drug product manufacturing processes under development and in commercial production in the Dry Product Network.

Key Objectives/Deliverables
- Serve as Manufacturing TS/MS (Technical Services/Manufacturing Science) representative to commercialize new dry oral solid drug products across Product Development, CM&C, and manufacturing sites.
- Anticipate manufacturing challenges for new dry products; implement product control strategies and improve robustness/reduce variability.
- Design rigorous experiments using first principles to define scientific approaches.
- Serve as Global Molecule Steward for select oral solid dosage form drug products; integrate engineering and analytical science; analyze data aligned to Regulatory/Quality and business needs.
- Drive network-level improvements; lead shared learning and alignment for manufacturing process transfers (internal/external).
- Collaborate on product project plans, risk mitigation, and timely milestone delivery.
- Optimize manufacturing platforms (batch and continuous); influence platform and new technology deployment.
- Author/prepare technical reports and regulatory submission sections; support regulatory reviews and inspections.
- Prepare/review/approve study designs, protocols, and technical documentation.
- Mentor/coach technical resources.

Basic Requirements
- BS, MS, and/or PhD in Chemistry, Engineering, Pharmacy, or related science with minimum 18+ years of direct experience in Oral Solid Dose Form Manufacturing and Development/Commercialization.
- Minimum 5 years commercial manufacturing support (after process validation) of oral solid dose (OSD) forms.

Preferred Qualifications
- Deep expertise in first principles across OSD unit operations; experience with development, technical transfer, scale up/down, troubleshooting/optimization.
- Ability to lead implementation of new technologies/digital capabilities.
- Technical leadership developing Regulatory/Quality strategies and mentoring.
- Excellent written/oral communication with ability to influence.
