Director, Translational Sciences

Role: Senior scientific leader responsible for defining and executing translational strategies across Century Therapeutics' early-phase clinical programs, primarily focusing on Type 1 Diabetes and CAR-T cell therapies. Responsibilities: oversee biomarker and assay development, guide CRO partnerships, interpret clinical translational data, and lead team growth; represent translational science externally and contribute to regulatory documents and scientific communication. Requirements: PhD in Immunology, Translational Medicine, or related field; 10+ years industry experience in clinical translational science with leadership in early development; strong expertise in biomarker development, immune monitoring, assay validation, and GxP compliance.
