Director, Translational Sciences

Role: Lead translational sciences for hematology and blood coagulation programs, focusing on biomarker development and translational research for novel bleeding disorder therapies. Responsibilities: shape translational strategies from discovery to clinical proof-of-concept, design biomarker approaches related to coagulation and thrombosis, analyze and interpret data to guide clinical development, collaborate with clinical teams on translating findings into trial designs, support companion diagnostic efforts, represent science in regulatory interactions, mentor scientists, and author key scientific documents. Requirements: advanced degree (MD, PhD, or equivalent), strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, scientific curiosity, and a track record of high-quality research.
