Role: Lead translational and clinical biomarker strategies to advance ALX Oncology's oncology portfolio, supporting early and late-stage asset development. Responsibilities: develop and implement biomarker plansโ€”covering predictive, pharmacodynamic, resistance markers, molecular response endpoints, and patient/indication selection; oversee biomarker components in clinical trials, including protocol development and CRO/laboratory partner management; analyze biomarker data to inform clinical strategies; contribute to regulatory documentation and scientific publications; foster external collaborations with scientific leaders and investigators. Requirements: PhD, MD, or MD/PhD in oncology, molecular biology, or immunology, with ~10 years industry experience supporting oncology drug development, especially biologics, immuno-oncology, or ADCs; expertise in biomarker technologies (e.g., NGS, IHC, flow cytometry); strong data analysis, biological interpretation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
