Role: Lead translational medicine strategy for neurodegeneration programs, bridging preclinical research with Phase 1–2 clinical development. Responsibilities: define and execute integrated translational strategies, oversee biomarker and endpoint development (including molecular, functional, and patient-reported outcomes), co-lead early clinical trial design and execution, and ensure alignment across research, clinical, and regulatory teams. Also, build external collaborations with academic KOLs, patient groups, and technology partners, and incorporate patient perspectives into trial planning. Requirements: MD with neurology/neuroscience background, experience in translational medicine, early clinical development, or experimental therapeutics; ability to shape strategies, lead trials, and support regulatory pathways. Preferred: PhD or PharmD in neurodegenerative diseases, biotech/pharma industry experience. High-Value: focus on neurodegeneration, biomarker-driven decision-making, Phase 1–2 clinical trials, biomarker and functional endpoint development, cross-functional leadership, and external scientific collaboration.
