Role: Director of Translational Medicine Clinical Lead within Johnson & Johnson's Immunology team, focusing on accelerating early-stage pipeline candidates from portfolio entry to Proof-of-Concept (PoC). Responsibilities: lead design and execution of translational strategies and early clinical trials (Phase 1, experimental medicine, PoC); serve as study responsible physician; oversee cross-functional teams and collaborate on biomarker and patient segmentation strategies; support business development and external academic collaborations; prepare study documentation and communicate results at scientific forums. Requirements: MD or MD/PhD; at least 3 years of industry or translational research experience; leadership in clinical or research teams; preferred immunology and early clinical trial expertise, particularly with immune cell-based or biologic therapies.
