      Role Summary
 Director, Transformation Program Lead. Lead governance and alignment for transformation portfolios within Amgen’s GCC Transformation portfolio, overseeing the governance, coordination, and integrated communications that connect marketing, data, and technology functions. Drive cross-functional program delivery, change management, and onboarding integration to support a global marketing technology transformation.
 
 Responsibilities
 
 - Lead governance and alignment for the GCC Transformation Portfolio, managing leadership forums and cross-pillar sessions.
 
 - Oversee cross-functional program delivery, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and adoption progress across marketing, data, and technology functions.
 
 - Drive integrated change management and communications across transformation programs, aligning messaging, timelines, and milestones.
 
 - Support workforce and onboarding integration for the Amgen India (GCC-AIN) team build, reinforcing workforce strategy and operating narratives.
 
 - Develop clear GCC transformation storytelling, linking progress to enterprise strategy and milestones.
 
 - Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to coordinate across delivery teams.
 
 - Serve as a trusted advisor to senior sponsors, providing insights to drive decisions and remove barriers.
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 - Basic Qualifications:
 
 - Doctorate degree and 4 years of program and/or portfolio management experience
 
 - Or Master’s degree and 7 years of program and/or portfolio management experience
 
 - Or Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of program and/or portfolio management experience
 
 
  
 - Preferred Qualifications:
 
 - 8+ years of experience in program or portfolio management, ideally within marketing technology, digital transformation, or enterprise PMO environments
 
 - Master’s degree in Business, Communications, or Technology Management
 
 - Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning business, data, and technology
 
 - Strong governance operations, stakeholder management, and executive-level communication
 
 - Experience in integrated communications, onboarding, or change management for large-scale transformation
 
 - Ability to thrive in matrixed organizations, balancing structure and flexibility across global teams
 
 - Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or global regulated industries
 
 - Familiarity with content operations, metadata/tagging, and digital asset management systems (CMS, DAM, Workfront)
 
 - Experience partnering with global capability centers or offshore teams for onboarding and integration
