Responsibilities:
- Own portfolio management for cross-functional transformation initiatives supporting financial commitments and strategic objectives
- Support Transformation Office goals aligned with company strategy and 2030 Vision
- Lead initiative intake screening, categorization, and prioritization; ensure consistent criteria and governance
- Support, challenge, and monitor projects/initiatives/analyses focused on transformation and productivity gains for capital allocation decisions
- Collaborate with Finance on long-range financial plan and annual budget cycle
- Drive mindset shift toward productivity and prioritization
- Drive execution from initiation through closure (ownership, milestones, follow-through)
- Track, report, and communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and value realization to stakeholders
- Define and monitor portfolio KPIs and success measures; ensure transparent reporting of performance and portfolio health
- Coordinate/prep TO meetings and moderate meetings
- Report industry trends and peer developments; translate impact to Genmab
- Work cross-functionally with R&D, Tech Ops, Commercialization, Finance, HR, DD&AI, and others to align and execute

Qualifications:
- 15+ years relevant experience with Bachelor’s required; alternatively 12+ years with Master’s or PhD
- Bachelor’s in life sciences, economics, or finance required; advanced degree preferred
- Prior management consulting with direct biotech/pharma transformation case experience preferred
- Prior biotech/pharma Transformation Office experience and/or program/project management with Finance background highly valued

- Experience preparing executive-level materials and presenting to senior leadership/governance bodies
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, results-driven; strong financial analysis and value realization metrics
- Self-motivated; can take ownership and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to influence without direct authority; structured problem-solving
