Director, Transcend R&D, BPO end to end

Role: Director of Transcend R&D BPO leading global business process re-engineering and transformation initiatives within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division. Objectives: Develop and execute a strategic R&D capability roadmap, standardize processes across functions, and deliver measurable business value through global SAP (S/4HANA) system implementation. Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end process re-design in study management, manufacturing, logistics, planning, and supply chain; partner with senior R&D and Transcend leadership to define process vision; influence portfolio decisions; build and mentor a high-performing team of R&D BPOs; embed compliance-by-design and audit readiness; drive continuous improvements and change management. Qualifications: Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related; minimum 10 years in R&D, Clinical Supply Chain, or enterprise transformation with proven success in global process optimization, ERP projects, and operating model change; strong stakeholder management and leadership experience; familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, GxP, and regulated environments. Preferred: Certifications (MBA, PMI, Lean/Six Sigma), experience with compliance systems, Agile, Jira, Confluence, and enterprise change management.
