Director, Transcend R&D, BPO end to end

Role: Director of Transcend R&D Business Process Optimization at Johnson & Johnson, leading global transformation initiatives for R&D supply chain processes. Skills: strong leadership, stakeholder management, strategic planning, and experience in regulated environments (GxP, SOX). Preferred: certifications like MBA, PMI, Lean/Six Sigma; experience with change management, Agile methodologies, and compliance systems.
