Role: Director of Training Strategy & Process Enablement responsible for developing and executing global training and capability programs within Moderna's Development organization, supporting operational excellence, compliance, and inspection readiness. Responsibilities include designing scalable, role-based learning frameworks, partnering with process owners and quality teams to integrate training with process changes, leading impact assessments for SOPs and policies, and leveraging digital learning technologies to enhance effectiveness. The role oversees trial-specific training programs to ensure global consistency and compliance, manages training impact metrics, and supports inspection and audit readiness. It also involves external vendor management and fostering continuous improvement and innovation in learning practices. Qualifications: BA/BS required, advanced degree preferred; 8-10+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or clinical research, with extensive experience in enterprise learning, training, and process enablement supporting GCP-regulated clinical development. Deep understanding of clinical trial processes, quality systems, documentation, and inspection readiness is essential. Experience with LMS, eLearning, Veeva Vault, and digital tools is required, along with strong stakeholder management and change management skills.
