Director, Trade Operations

Role: The Director of Trade Operations leads strategic and operational management of Pacira's trade and distribution channels for products like EXPAREL and ZILRETTA, ensuring product availability, inventory management, and compliance. Responsibilities include overseeing 3PL and inventory operations, managing wholesaler and distributor relationships, reconciling chargebacks and pricing, maintaining trade data integrity, and driving process improvements across supply chain workflows. The role collaborates closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Market Access, and Commercial teams on product launches, pricing, and packaging updates. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; 8+ years in pharmaceutical trade or distribution; at least 3 years of management experience; strong knowledge of pharma distribution networks, ERP, and EDI systems; excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
