Director – Trade & Distribution

Role: Lead development and execution of U.S. trade, distribution, and channel strategy for Outlook Therapeutics' first-in-class ophthalmic therapy for wet AMD. Responsibilities include designing and managing a specialty distribution network, overseeing relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, negotiating distribution agreements, and ensuring product availability, provider access, and inventory optimization. Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Manufacturing to support product launch and long-term commercial success. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related; 12+ years in biotech/pharma, with 7+ years in trade and distribution leadership, especially supporting product launches. Deep expertise in specialty pharma distribution, buy-and-bill models, cold-chain logistics, and channel economics. Preferred: ophthalmology/retina or buy-and-bill specialty launch experience. High-value: biologics, ophthalmology, wet AMD, U.S. launch, specialty distribution networks, buy-and-bill models, 3PL management, cross-functional collaboration, remote work, travel support.
