Role Overview
The Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) is a senior individual contributor responsible for shaping and advancing the organization’s thought leader engagement strategy across the cell therapy landscape at an enterprise level.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead relationships with top-tier national and regional thought leaders in cell therapy, oncology, and transplant.
- Design and execute long-term engagement strategies aligned to enterprise priorities and lifecycle needs.
- Serve as a credible scientific partner in discussions across clinical practice, research trends, operational challenges, and future innovation.
- Synthesize engagement insights to identify emerging trends, unmet needs, and strategic opportunities.
- Translate field insights into executive-ready narratives to inform strategy, messaging, evidence generation, and education.
- Act as a strategic advisor to Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Commercial, Marketing, Market Access, and Clinical Education.
- Support executive-level meetings, advisory boards, and strategic initiatives requiring deep scientific and field expertise.
- Represent the organization with scientific rigor; contribute to advisory boards and peer-to-peer forums.
- Ensure compliant, balanced, and ethical engagement.
- (Non-managerial) Serve as a role model; evolve insight frameworks and engagement models; provide informal mentoring.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (accredited). Advanced degree considered.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; MD/PhD/PharmD or related graduate degree preferred.
- 10–15 years in pharma/biologics (sales, marketing, key account management, or medical thought-leader engagement).
- 4 years of relevant Multiple Myeloma, Cell Therapy, or Oncology experience.
- Deep expertise in oncology/cell therapy/transplant.
- Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders; translate complex scientific dialogue into actionable strategy.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel 75–85%.
- Excellent oral and written communication; strong presentation (in-person and virtual).
- Experience with CAR-T or other cell and gene therapies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
