Role Overview
- Senior individual contributor shaping and advancing enterprise thought leader engagement across the cell therapy landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead relationships with top national/regional thought leaders in cell therapy, oncology, and transplant.
- Design and execute long-term engagement strategies aligned to enterprise priorities and lifecycle needs.
- Partner credibly on clinical practice, research trends, operational challenges, and future innovation.
- Synthesize insights to identify emerging trends, unmet needs, and strategic opportunities.
- Translate field insights into executive-ready narratives to inform strategy, messaging, evidence generation, and education.
- Advise Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Commercial, Marketing, Market Access, and Clinical Education.
- Support executive meetings, advisory boards, and strategic initiatives requiring deep scientific expertise.
- Represent the organization in external forums with compliant, balanced, ethical engagement.
- (Non-managerial) Mentor and elevate TLL capabilities; evolve insight frameworks and engagement models.
Requirements (incl. preferred)
- Bachelorβs degree (related field required); MD/PharmD/PhD or related graduate degree preferred.
- 10β15 years in pharma/biologics (sales/marketing/key accounts/medical) engaging thought leaders/influential HCPs.
- 4 years of relevant Multiple Myeloma, Cell Therapy, or Oncology experience.
- Deep expertise in oncology/cell therapy/transplant; proven stakeholder influence; translate science to strategy.
- CAR-T or other cell/gene therapy experience preferred.
- Valid driverβs license; travel 75β85%.
- Excellent oral/written communication; cross-functional collaboration; Microsoft Office.
