Position Summary:
- Develop and execute engagement strategies for key stakeholders and accounts in the retina ecosystem.
- Drive strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen organizational presence and gather actionable insights.
- Engage and develop national, regional, and local retina thought leaders to enable strategic collaborations and meaningful insight exchange.

Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with retina specialists, key accounts, and critical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with professional societies on sponsorship, awareness, and education.
- Represent the organization at national/regional/local conferences, advisory boards, and strategic meetings.
- Support advisor and speaker selection and training.
- Build engagement plans combining congress and field interactions to increase advocacy and awareness.
- Develop and implement engagement strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Identify partnership, collaboration, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize stakeholder interactions.
- Align with commercial and marketing teams on DSE and branded initiatives; broaden congress strategy to regional/local opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging alignment.
- Lead regional advisory boards for insight generation and scientific exchange.
- Monitor retina trends, advancements, and competitive activity; synthesize stakeholder insights pre/post launch.
- Recommend unmet needs, emerging opportunities, and innovative engagement approaches.
- Partner with medical collaborations, commercial, and market access to execute cohesive engagement and insights strategy.
- Develop plans to gather insights and build awareness beyond current clinical investigators.
- Provide innovative solutions and partnerships to key customers and strategic accounts.

Requirements:
- BA/BS degree.
- Strong wet AMD disease state and clinical knowledge (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years experience working with eye care providers and retina specialists.
- Minimum 10+ years related pharma/biotech experience (strongly preferred; e.g., Sales, Thought Leadership, Training).
- Prior experience launching buy-an-bill drugs in ophthalmology/retina (preferred).
- Proven stakeholder engagement, KOL management, or strategic partnership experience.
- Strong knowledge of retina disease landscape, treatment trends, emerging therapies.
- Ability to lead by influence in cross-functional/matrix organizations.
- Exceptional communications and interpersonal/critical thinking skills.
- Experience with industry conferences, scientific exchange, and advocacy engagement.
- Strategic, data-informed mindset; ability to identify trends and drive decisions.
- Ability to identify access barriers and design resolution plans.
- Ensure compliance with corporate/industry policies in collaboration with Legal, Medical, and Regulatory.
- Desire to innovate in a fast-paced environment.
- Up to 50% domestic travel.

Salary Range:
- $250,000 USD - $260,000 USD
