Role: Director of Theranostics and Radiation Science, leading radiation imaging and dosimetry within oncology targeted discovery. Responsibilities: optimize nuclear medicine imaging protocols, oversee quality control, provide technical support to clinical sites, conduct patient-specific dosimetry, and ensure regulatory compliance for radioactive materials. Collaborate cross-functionally with Imaging, Clinical Operations, Preclinical, and Regulatory teams; manage external vendors; support research projects. Requirements: BS in physical sciences plus MS or PhD in medical physics or related field; 5+ years of industry or clinical experience post-residency; expertise in personalized radiopharmaceutical dosimetry, familiarity with imaging software (e.g., Olinda, MIM), and radiation physics. Preferred: board certification, experience with SPECT/PET imaging, nuclear medicine, and radiopharmaceuticals; strong understanding of radiation biology and electronic imaging infrastructure (DICOM, PACS). High-value specifics: Oncology, radiopharmaceuticals, nuclear medicine imaging, dosimetry, regulatory standards (SNMMI, NRC). Work setup: hybrid (onsite/remote), with in-person work approximately three days per week; travel requirements not specified.
