Director, Technology Product Management – Content (Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA)

Role Responsibilities:
- Set AI-first vision and integrated roadmap for Content Products; deliver prioritized, funded, measurable outcomes.
- Build an AI operating model for content: generative AI creation, automated tagging/classification, accelerated MLR review, and intelligent search with human-in-the-loop governance.
- Lead technology strategy for seamless content sharing/accessibility across regions with Commercial partners.
- Lead and develop Technical Product Managers and teams; set direction and raise performance.
- Connect three platform domains into one ecosystem (creation β†’ storage/approval β†’ dissemination/search) and ensure end-to-end content flow.
- Own product investment portfolio/budget; define and report OKRs/KPIs (velocity, tagging accuracy, MLR turnaround, search effectiveness, AI productivity gains).
- Partner across Commercial/Marketing, Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, Architecture, and IT; manage cross-functional alignment.
- Own strategic vendor/SaaS partnerships (Adobe, Veeva, AI providers) and hold partners to outcomes.
- Embed compliance, data privacy, and security-by-design across platforms and AI capabilities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IS or related.
- 10+ years Technical Product Management (content management, marketing technology, or DAM).
- Proven people leadership in matrixed organizations.
- End-to-end product portfolio ownership with measurable results.
- Demonstrated ability to put AI/genAI into production (creation, tagging, review, or search).
- Strong financial acumen and senior stakeholder communication/influence.

Preferred:
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager/Assets, Workfront, Veeva PromoMats; modern AI tooling.
- Regulated life sciences/pharma/healthcare experience (privacy + MLR/regulatory compliance).
- Agile, experimentation-focused, continuous improvement mindset.

Travel: Up to 30%.
