Job Description
- Director, Technology Product Management - Content (Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA)

Role Overview
- Own strategy, roadmap, and performance for the technology portfolio powering end-to-end content creation, storage, tagging, review/approval, dissemination, and discovery for J&J Innovative Medicine.
- Transition from traditional content operations to an AI-enabled content supply chain to compress cycle times, automate manual work, and scale content quality and compliance.
- Lead three product domains (Commercial Content Supply Chain; DAM storage/tagging/MLR approval; Medical content creation/approval/searchability) and connect three platforms into one AI-powered ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
- Set AI-first vision/roadmap and deliver prioritized, funded, measurable outcomes.
- Make AI the operating model (generative AI creation, automated tagging/classification, accelerated MLR review, intelligent search) with governance/human-in-the-loop controls.
- Lead technology strategy for seamless regional sharing and accessibility.
- Lead/develop Technical Product Managers; build a high-caliber product organization.
- Own product investment portfolio/budget; define/report OKRs and KPIs (velocity, tagging accuracy, MLR turnaround, search effectiveness, AI productivity gains).
- Partner across Commercial/Marketing, Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, Architecture, and IT; own vendor/SaaS partnerships (Adobe, Veeva, AI providers).
- Embed compliance, data privacy, and security by design.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Information Systems (or related).
- 10+ years technical product management experience (content management/marketing tech/DAM preferred).
- Proven people leadership in matrixed organizations.
- End-to-end product portfolio ownership with measurable business results.
- Experience putting AI/genAI into production (creation, tagging, review, or search).
- Financial acumen; strong communication/influencing with senior stakeholders.

Preferred:
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager/Assets, Workfront, Veeva PromoMats; modern AI tooling.
- Experience leading tech in regulated life sciences/pharma/healthcare (privacy, MLR/regulatory compliance).
- Agile, customer-centric experimentation and continuous improvement.
