Requirements: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; 10+ years in Talent Acquisition with at least 4 years in strategy or transformation leadership; deep knowledge of recruiting technologies, preferably Workday, and experience leveraging TA data. Preferred qualifications include experience within biopharmaceutical or regulated industries, global TA models, and certifications like SHRM or PMP.
