Role: Senior project leader providing operational and strategic management for Takeda's Safety Board (TSB) and related committees, ensuring process excellence and effective decision support. Responsibilities: partner with senior stakeholders to develop TSB strategy, oversee logistics and communication of activities, maintain and improve processes (including SOPs and training), and serve as SME for Reference Safety Information CAPA activities. Also acts as Business Process Owner for Data Monitoring Committee (DMC), Internal Review Committee (IRC), and First in Human (FiH) Committee, leading procedural development, cross-functional alignment, and training. Supports organizational goals through project management, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in science or business; 8+ yearsβ experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry; strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills; experience influencing senior management; healthcare business acumen; demonstrated leadership and global stakeholder engagement. Preferred: advanced degree in science or business.
