Role: Director of Supply Chain Strategy and Excellence, focused on driving transformational improvements across Bausch + Lomb's global supply chain, initially emphasizing Logistics Excellence. Responsibilities: lead enterprise-wide initiatives to enhance service levels, reduce costs, improve quality, and optimize operational performance; develop and execute multi-year transformation roadmaps; utilize analytics and structured problem-solving to identify opportunities; implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies; establish performance metrics and dashboards; influence cross-functional stakeholders to align and execute strategic projects; ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related; 10+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations, with proven experience leading large-scale transformation; strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to travel up to 50%. Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent; expertise in end-to-end supply chain processes; experience in regulated environments such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals; certifications like APICS CPIM, CSCP, PMP.
