Director, Supply Chain Reliability

Role: Director of Supply Chain Reliability at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, responsible for defining and leading end-to-end performance management and supply chain reliability strategies. Qualifications include a minimum of a bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred), 10+ years in supply chain management, with deep expertise in end-to-end processes such as planning, manufacturing, quality, and procurement. Experience in enterprise performance management, risk mitigation, digital transformation, and regulated environments (pharmaceuticals, healthcare) are highly valued. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential, with up to 15% travel expected. The role is hybrid, based in Titusville, NJ, with flexibility for other Innovative Medicine hubs and remote work.
