Role: Director of Supply Chain ERP Transformation leading Vaxcyte's transition from clinical-stage to commercial biotech, focusing on designing and implementing end-to-end supply chain processes. Responsibilities: oversee Plan-to-Deliver and Procure-to-Pay workflows, drive process standardization, manage cross-functional collaborations, and ensure harmonization of business processes with ERP systems (especially SAP). Act as change agent, develop metrics, maintain SOPs, and lead team development. Qualifications: Bachelor's in supply chain/business, 12+ years in biotech supply chain, proven leadership, extensive SAP experience including S/4HANA, and knowledge of biotech manufacturing and quality operations. Preferred: master's or certifications like APICS/CSCP, familiarity with OMP planning.
