Director, Supply Chain

Role: Director of Supply Chain & Manufacturing Planning responsible for end-to-end commercial manufacturing strategy, supporting global launch of Outlook Therapeutics' FDA-approved ophthalmic product for wet AMD. Responsibilities: lead production planning, collaborate with internal teams and external partners (CMOs/CROs), oversee scheduling, manage supply chain risks, optimize resources, coordinate logistics, and support regulatory submissions. Requirements: B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in life sciences or technical field; 8+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing or supply chain management, with experience in regulated environments, project management, and cross-functional leadership. Preferred: cold-chain biotech supply chain expertise, Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, advanced planning software, AI/digital tools familiarity, risk management, and international trade experience. High-value: focus on biologics, ophthalmic drugs, post-approval commercial scale-up, GxP compliance, global logistics, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Operations, and Regulatory teams. Work setup: remote (US-based) with occasional travel to manufacturing sites.
