Qualifications include a minimum of 7 years' experience (or 5 with an advanced degree) in supply chain, procurement, or related fields, with specific experience in CMC, process development, or manufacturing—preferably in cell therapy. A degree in Science, Business, Engineering, or related fields is required, with advanced degrees highly desirable. Key skills encompass supply chain management expertise, supplier performance management, quality standards knowledge, and strong analytical, communication, and project management abilities. The role may be based in Gaithersburg, MD or Santa Monica, CA, with no specified travel requirements.
