Director, NPS Program Strategy & Management

Responsibilities:
- Lead a core team of cross-functional NPS stakeholders focused on ongoing patient support program refinement and measurement for the post-prescription experience (in partnership with Program Data Insights and Analytics COE).
- Serve as NPS subject matter expert on gene therapy and indicated disease states; provide inputs to Portfolio Strategy & Lifecycle Management COE for program designs (onboarding, co-pay, adherence, e-services, hub operations, product ordering & fulfillment) to align with product P&L and objectives.
- Integrate NPS priorities and program performance with product priorities, strategies, and KPIs.
- Liaise with NPS Enterprise Intelligence and Insights to gather external/competitive benchmarking and scan global best practices across internal network resources.
- Plan, manage, budget, and launch new NPS services, ensuring adequate operational staffing.
- Align program design decisions with NPS Advanced Technology Platform strategy, tactics, and capabilities.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MPH, PharmD, MBA, or equivalent preferred.
- 7+ pharma commercial experience or Healthcare/Consulting; 2+ years in patient services and/or market access preferred.
- Ability to connect commercial, financial, and clinical perspectives to develop value messages and strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior management.
- Proven track record leading across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience:
- In-depth knowledge of patient services challenges/opportunities.
- Prior consultant or vendor experience.
